Meta has recently launched the Facebook Work Account for business tools across Meta. Here's how you can connect your Work Account to Crowdfire.
If you've created a new Meta Work account -
Desktop
- Log in to your Crowdfire account
- Click on Accounts on the top bar
- Click on the Facebook tile and then click on Connect your account
- Enter your Work Account credentials
- If you’re already logged into that specific Facebook account on facebook.com, you’ll just need to authorize Crowdfire to use your account. If you’re not logged into any account on facebook.com, then you’ll need to enter your login credentials.
Mobile
- Launch the Crowdfire app
- Tap on Profile at the top right (Android) / Tap on the Gear-shaped icon on the top right (iOS)
- Click on Add an Account
- Tap on Connect Facebook.
- Enter your Work Account credentials
- If you’re already logged into that specific Facebook account on facebook.com, you’ll just need to authorize Crowdfire to use your account. If you’re not logged into any account on facebook.com, then you’ll need to enter your login credentials.
If you've migrated to the Meta Work Account -
Desktop
- Log in to your Crowdfire account
- Click on Accounts on the top bar
- Click on the Facebook tile and then click on Reconnect your account
- Enter your Work Account credentials
Mobile
- Launch the Crowdfire app
- Tap on Profile at the top right (Android) / Tap on the Gear-shaped icon on the top right (iOS)
- Click on the Facebook Option and Reconnect your account.
- Enter your Work Account credentials
- If you’re already logged into that specific Facebook account on facebook.com, you’ll just need to authorize Crowdfire to use your account. If you’re not logged into any account on facebook.com, then you’ll need to enter your login credentials.
