If you’ve paid for Crowdfire using your Credit Card, you can change the credit card at any point by logging into your Crowdfire account via your laptop or desktop. This option is not available on the mobile apps as of right now, but it’s something we’ll be working on introducing soon.


If you're logged in via the Crowdfire website on the Classic version -

  1. Click on Settings icon at the bottom left of your screen (Gear icon)
  2. Under Plan details you will see your current credit card added.
  3. Click on Change Card and enter the details of the new card. Click on Change Card.


If you're logged in via the Crowdfire website on the Marketing Bot version -

  1. Click on Accounts at the top left of your screen
  2. Click on Settings at the top left of your screen
  3. Go to the Billings tab. You'll see your connected card.
  4. Click on Change Card and enter the details of the new card. Click on Change Card.
