Modified on Fri, 4 Aug, 2023 at 1:37 AM

This email is sent to you when the queue of your scheduled posts for one or more accounts is empty. This setting can be turned off via the Crowdfire web app in 2 different ways.

Desktop

To turn it off for specific accounts:

  1. Log in to your account at www.crowdfireapp.com from your desktop or laptop
  2. Select the gear icon (settings) on the top right corner of your screen
  3. Under the Channels, click on the account for which you want to turn the notifications off
  4. Click on the toggle switch next to Queue Empty Email to turn the notifications off

To turn it off for all accounts:

  1. Log in to your account at www.crowdfireapp.com on your desktop or laptop
  2. Select the gear icon (settings) on the top right corner of your screen
  3. Under the Settings Profile, you’ll see a toggle button to turn the Queue Empty emails off.
  4. Click on the button next to Queue Empty Email to turn it off.

Once you’ve done this, you will not receive any emails when your queue empties.  Here's a video showing both ways to turn it off.
