How do I schedule posts?

Modified on Thu, 20 Jul, 2023 at 2:44 PM

To get started, click on the ‘Compose’ button in the top-right corner. This will open up the composer, which is where you can craft your post. Next, select or deselect the accounts you’d like to post your content on by clicking on the icons on top of the Compose screen.

Once you’ve crafted the post and have selected the accounts you want it to be published on, you can choose any one of the Publish options which are:

  1. Post Now - This will Publish your post in near real-time to all of the selected social accounts.

  2. Post at Custom Time - By selecting this, you will be able to choose a custom date and time in the future for the post to be shared. These posts will be added to your Publish queue and won't be affected by anything else happening in the queue.

  3. Post at Best Time - Selecting this option will ensure your post is scheduled at the Best Time to the selected social accounts. We figure out the Best Time to post by analyzing the content that you have posted previously to identify when your posts get the most engagement. We also analyze the time when your followers are most active online and factor that in the Best Time calculation to make sure your post gets the maximum engagement.

Do bear in mind that each type of social media account has its own set of character limits. If you're sharing to multiple social accounts (Facebook - Pages and Group, Instagram, Twitter, etc), you will be capped at the most restrictive social accounts character limit. For example, if you're sharing a post to Twitter, you would be capped at 280 characters.

Once you select one of the Publish options, your post will be added to the queue of the selected social account(s).
