I’m getting an error message! What does it mean?

Modified on Tue, 10 Nov, 2015 at 1:13 PM

It could only mean one thing - Houston, we have a problem! Here are all the error messages broken down:

    1. “It’s a 404 yo!”
    • If you get a 404 error on your Log In page, you might want to try waiting for 15 minutes before attempting to log in again. You might have tried logging in one time too many.

    2. “Oops! Something went wrong”

    • This error message means that there is a little bug that we cannot diagnose without some help from you. Shoot us an email with a screenshot of your error screen, and the bug-busters here at Crowdfire HQ will wipe that bug off the face of this planet!

    3. “This account is linked to another user. Please delete it from there”

    • Uh oh! This could be because of you having multiple accounts. If you love us so much you have multiple accounts no one can blame you but let’s try to get you down to one and we’ll still love you just as much!

Try logging out of your account. Then, logging in with the account you are trying to add. Then, you can change the email address or add more accounts from that log in. If you are still having trouble, no worries just get in touch with us at here and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
