Upgrading/Downgrading Your Crowdfire Subscription

The steps to Upgrade or Downgrade your Crowdfire subscription depends on the way you've purchased it.


You purchased your subscription via the website


  1. If you made your purchase using your Credit Card via Stripe -
    1. Login to your Crowdfire account on the website (www.crowdfireapp.com).
    2. Go to the Settings by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
    3. Click on Billing and Go To Plans. You will be directed to a page with all the plans.
    4. To Upgrade, click on the Upgrade button on the plan of your choice. To downgrade, click on the Downgrade button.
    5. Once you confirm, your plan will be changed.

  2. If you made your purchase using PayPal -
    1. Login to your Crowdfire account on the website (www.crowdfireapp.com).
    2. Click on the Menu at the top left of your screen
    3. Go to the Settings page by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
    4. Click on Billing and Go To Plans. You will be directed to a page with all the plans.
    5. Before you upgrade to another plan, you first need to Unsubscribe from your Current plan -
      1. Click on Unsubscribe/Cancel under your current plan.
      2. You will be redirected to your PayPal account.
      3. Find the Recurring Payment Subscription in the Activity section. (Our Paypal name is Codigami Inc)
      4. Click on Details and then Click on the Cancel button. Confirm and Cancel.
    6. Now go back to your Crowdfire account > Settings > Billing > Go to Plan. (Direct Link - https://web.crowdfireapp.com/pricing)
    7. Select the plan you want to subscribe to and click Subscribe.
    8. You can pay by Credit Card or use PayPal to complete the purchase.



You purchased your subscription via the Android App


Before Upgrading / Downgrading, You first need to Cancel your recurring payments on the Google Playstore.

We insist on this first to make sure you do not continue to get charged for the current plan next month.

 

Step 1 - Cancel your Android recurring payment -

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone
  2. Search for Crowdfire, then tap Crowdfire in the search results
  3. You will see your subscription listed on the app details page. Tap Cancel
  4. You will see a confirmation message. Tap Yes. Your subscription will no longer be automatically renewed.

Note: You'll have to wait till the end of your current subscription period to upgrade/downgrade to a new plan. If you need it immediately, please contact us from within the app.



Step 2 - To Upgrade / Downgrade your plan -
  1. Login to your Crowdfire account on the Android App.
  2. Tap on Profile at the at bottom bar
  3. Go to Settings by tapping on the gear icon on the top left
  4. Tap on Current Plan
  5. Select a plan and complete the payment.



You purchased your subscription via the iOS App


Before Upgrading / Downgrading, You first need to Cancel your recurring payments on the Apple Appstore.

We insist on this first to make sure you do not continue to get charged for the current plan next month.

 

Step 1 - Cancel your iOS recurring payment -

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store
  4. Choose View Apple ID from the popup menu
  5. Enter your password when prompted, then tap OK
  6. Tap Subscriptions, then tap Crowdfire
  7. Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off. Your subscription will no longer be automatically renewed.


Note: You'll have to wait till the end of your current subscription period to upgrade/downgrade to a new plan. If you need it immediately, please contact us from within the app.

 

 

Step 2 - To Upgrade / Downgrade your plan -

  1. Login to your Crowdfire account on the iOS App.
  2. Tap on Profile at the at bottom bar
  3. Go to Settings by tapping on the gear icon on the top left
  4. Tap on Current Plan
  5. Select a plan and complete the payment.
